Job Description
$15,000 sign-on bonus paid in 3 annual installments of $5K
40 hours/week; must be willing to take call every 2 nights
There is NO additional compensation for being on-call or for call-back hours; this has all been built into the pay scale
Relocation assistance negotiable
80% hospital/surgery; 20% office
Will function as a First Assist in surgery
Endovein harvesting (EVH) experience strongly preferred
NP must reside within 30 minutes of campus when on-call
Will join a team of two other NP's/PA's
NP will be covered under the hospital malpractice plan for all events that occur during the time of employment
NO NEW GRADS unless the resume can clearly show prior surgical or first assist experience or clinicals
CVOR averages ~200 cases/year
Qualifications
Must have NP or at least RN experience in Surgery, ED or ICU
