- Must have open availability
- Must be able to work on-call for the first several weeks and report when needed
- Must be comfortable working with plants in an outdoor, hot environment
- Must be self-motivated and able to follow basic direction without constant supervision
- Strong customer service skills (retail environment)
- Must present a clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Must have a clean background (no felonies)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (THC will disqualify)
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload and move plant shipments
- Stock and organize merchandise on the retail floor
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist customers as needed in a professional manner
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
