Director of Medical Staff Services & Risk Management:

Oversees medical staff support operations, peer review, infection prevention, risk management, clinical documentation and Captive insurance company. Public Safety is currently under this person's direction, but this may be changing.
Masters Degree in a health care related field required
Must have at least five years of recent health care experience at the director-level
Highly visible, key organizational role; works daily with physicians and not always in the best of situations (peer reviews, behavioral standards, etc.)
Relocation assistance offered
Eligible for up to 9% annual bonus payout of base pay
22 employees in MSS/Risk Management; includes 5 direct reports (1 manager and 4 coordinators); 38 employees in Public Safety, includes 4 direct reports (1 manager and 3 coordinators)
