Client Success - Account Manager
Our client is an award-winning, medical-based company that delivers superior safety solutions on a global scale to healthcare, hospitality and food service industries. They are seeking to hire an Account Manager responsible for business support through account management and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist with large projects for national accounts; preparing reports, presentations and other creative communication to ensure success and growth.
Role reports to an office (5 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide the sales account team with business and marketing support
- Prepare reports and presentations from customer data to drive business
- Provide effective communication with clients; answer any inquiries in timely manner
- Maintain and update records, client profiles; ensure accuracy of all documentation and data
- Update and maintain online industry portals
- Manage and assist with administrative duties, marketing materials and communication
- Assist with meeting preparation; create meeting documents/presentations, gather necessary information and organize materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives with marketing assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related required
- Min. 3 years of Business and/or Marketing Support experience, supporting National Accounts, large system support
- Account Management experience
- Project Management experience preferred
- Strong Communication and Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and with attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel - intermediate to advanced level, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) preferred
Offering:
- Base Salary $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
