Client Service Manager, AIGRM

Make your mark in Client Services, AIGRM How you will create an impact • Create / oversee quarterly forecast for Finance and Retail Casualty management • Create the Group Captive quarterly accrual and present to management • Create premium inception and audit invoices, allowing AIG to invoice at the member level. • Work with the Underwriters and Captive Managers to create a steady state of batches each month. • Oversee the Premium Reconciliation process for Group Captives , ensuring correct pay-ins are used on adjustments. • Create Ad hoc metrics reporting and project management. • Review inquiries to ensure proper reimbursement for Group Captive Accounts • Maintain a tracking sheet for each Group Captive account to ensure proper documentation of true ups for Collections. What you’ll need to succeed • General: Communication (oral and written), problem solving, customer focus, and management and organizational skills. • Oversee and mentor the staff ensuring compliance and monthly metrics are met. • Business: Analytical and data presentation, accounting knowledge, insurance (e.g., claims, coverage, etc.), program types, and research/documentation skills • Technology: System knowledge (Microsoft Office – Excel/Outlook,) At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
