This role owns a ~$3.1M territory and is focused on opening doors, creating demand, and converting complex opportunities in automation-heavy environments. What You’ll Do
• Prospect and develop new customers across industrial and automation markets
• Open doors at distribution centers, ports, OEMs, and heavy industrial facilities
• Lead discovery and sell custom-engineered, technical solutions
• Present to operations, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
• Build trust through a consultative, SPIN-style selling approach
• Manage a geographic territory independently while collaborating internally

Who You Are
• A true hunter with territory sales experience
• Comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and opening new accounts
• Experienced selling technical or engineered products (not commodity sales)
• Skilled at asking smart questions and adapting to customer personalities
• Relationship-driven, patient, and credible with technical buyers
• Confident presenting large, complex solutions
