POSITION: In-House Sales Closer

Cold calls with targeted lead list. No mortgage license required. Just close.

We’re hiring full-time, in-office Sales Closers who thrive under pressure, dominate in competitive environments, and have the hunger to win big. You’ll receive pre-qualified leads — your only job is to convert and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound cold calls from leads list across the U.S.

Deliver a strong, confident pitch and guide clients to the close

Hit aggressive targets with speed and efficiency

Stay sharp through ongoing sales training & coaching

Keep CRM data accurate, organized, and up to date

Represent Direct Rate with professionalism, urgency, and authority

What We’re Looking For

Elite-level phone skills — persuasive, clear, confident

Unmatched drive to succeed — no excuses, no distractions

Coachable and hungry — always leveling up

Able to stay cool under pressure and pivot on the fly

Full-time, in-office availability at our San Antonio HQ

Background in phone sales, call centers, or high-stakes closing is a plus (but not required)
