Inspectors are responsible for inspecting systems, job sites and materials to ensure the work meets quality standards, codes, and design. Responsible for timely reporting and tracking of potential problems. Working in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Attend pre-planning meetings
- Evaluate plans and specifications to ensure conformance with regulations
- Conduct field inspections of site and materials
- Report violations to appropriate supervisor
- Maintain inspection records and documentation
- All other duties as assigned/has done some construction work or has spent time working outdoors
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Strong team and collaborative skills
