Direct Hire Solutions is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in New Bedford, MA. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced environment supporting the assembly and fabrication of spa products.
We are hiring for two positions:
- Vinyl Cutting Production Associate
- Assembly Production Associate

Responsibilities:
Vinyl Cutting Associate:
- Measure and cut vinyl materials according to specifications
- Follow production instructions and drawings
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assembly Associate:
- Assist in assembling spa units and components
- Install and secure parts using hand tools
- Follow production instructions and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects
General Duties:
- Follow safety rules and procedures
- Support production goals and daily output
- Work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
