Field Service Technician

Job Title: FIELD Service Technician-Must be able to TRAVEL across USA and Abroad

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically inclined Service Technician to join our team in Exton, PA. This full-time position plays a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle systems and electromechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent troubleshooting skills and a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the manager to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle components.

· Generate accurate repair timelines and calibration estimates.

· Perform troubleshooting on PC hardware, software, IP networks, and electromechanical subsystems.

· Utilize Microsoft platforms (Windows and Office 365) for technical reporting and communication.

· Interpret mechanical and electrical design or installation drawings.

· Exhibit strong time management and interpersonal communication to meet tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

· Valid driver’s license required; CDL A/B is a plus.

· Previous mechanical/electrical experience (automotive or related field) is preferred.

· Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

· Diesel Mechanic experience is a plus.
