Sales Representative – On-Site | Paid Training | No Weekends

This is a full-time, in-person position — Monday through Friday, no weekends.
Direct Fairways is a fast-growing, 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) that has grown from one office into a nationwide sales organization with 300 employees across 7 offices. We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and competitive Sales Representative who's ready to learn. No previous sales experience is required — our paid training and ongoing coaching are designed to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed.

What You'll Learn:
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Present advertising solutions and manage the full sales process, from first conversation to close
- Develop sales, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
- $17.13/hour- up to $24/hour (Performance-based)
- 10–20% commission
- $1,000–$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities
- Daily cash incentives
- Weekly pay $100 sign-on bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, no weekends
Location: In-person, on-site only (not remote)
