Locations: Ohio (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati)

What You'll Do
- Counsel clients on domestic and international trademark portfolios.
- Handle trademark prosecution, clearance, enforcement, and strategic counseling.
- Support M&A and private equity transactions involving intellectual property assets.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licenses and technology agreements.
- Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Work directly with Corporate, Private Equity, and Intellectual Property attorneys on sophisticated client matters.

- J.D. and active bar admission.
- Experience with trademark prosecution and counseling.
- Experience supporting corporate, M&A, private equity, technology, or IP transactions.
- Strong drafting and client communication skills.
