Direct Counsel is seeking an attorney with 3 years of traditional labor law experience to support the practice group and the Pacific Northwest offices.
This position is hybrid and can be worked from Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Oregon or Washington. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product.
The candidate should possess:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Significant traditional labor experience
- Experience with collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, union campaigns and representation, and labor arbitrations

- Compensation: $200,000 to $260,000 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. (Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate)
