Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney to join its Trademark, Copyright, Privacy & IP Transactions Practice Group in one of its U.S. offices (Atlanta, Boston, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem). This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex intellectual property matters for leading clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance matters.

Advise clients on trademark disputes and enforcement actions.

Provide legal counsel on copyright and advertising issues.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute IP protection strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of the IP practice.
Qualifications:

5–10 years of active practice as a trademark attorney.

Significant experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, disputes, and enforcement.

Experience in copyright and advertising law is a plus.

Must be licensed in the jurisdiction of practice.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

National Salary Range: $90,000 – $300,000 (final starting salary dependent on location, qualifications, and experience).
