About the Opportunity
Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional tax experience, with experience involving partnerships and/or REITs considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of legal experience in transactional tax.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Experience with partnerships and/or REITs preferred.

• Commitment to providing high-quality legal work product and client service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $260,000–$390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Potential discretionary year-end bonus.
