What We’re Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the office where you apply

3–6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending
-
AmLaw 100 or large law firm experience strongly preferred

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000, depending on location and experience
