Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration, including trials and final hearings.

Draft pleadings, motions, and complex legal memoranda.

Manage e-discovery and traditional discovery processes.

Conduct legal research and prepare oral and written advocacy materials.

Appear in federal and state courts, and engage in high-level strategy discussions with clients and legal teams.

Collaborate with cross-office teams on national and international disputes.
Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of commercial litigation and/or arbitration experience.

Experience with trials or arbitration final hearings preferred.

Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and case strategy skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage litigation independently and creatively.

Excellent academic credentials; top law school or top-of-class ranking preferred.

Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for immediate admission.

Federal clerkship and/or international arbitration experience is a plus.
