Key Responsibilities

Serve as the marketing lead for assigned Texas offices.

Develop and execute local marketing strategies in partnership with office leadership and senior marketing management.

Identify and support key practice areas by proposing thought leadership, client engagement opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Manage office marketing budgets and ensure alignment with regional and firmwide objectives.

Build and manage partnerships with professional, civic, industry, and educational organizations to enhance brand presence.

Oversee office and community events, sponsorships, and client engagement initiatives that generate leads and strengthen relationships.

Maintain awareness of key clients, prospects, and market positioning to support strategic “dot-connecting.”

Collaborate with the Marketing team on targeted communications, list development, surveys, and submissions.

Support pitches, proposals, and marketing systems to advance practice and department goals.

Monitor and update office webpages, attorney bios, and related external-facing content.

Lead planning and execution of summer associate events and manage related budgets.

Support firmwide initiatives, alumni programs, client feedback efforts, and new attorney onboarding.

Partner with local administrators and staff to support internal culture initiatives and external brand promotion.

Track data for ROI and relationship management; perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Large Law firm experience required

Minimum 5 years of marketing or event management experience, ideally in a law firm environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets and implement cost-effective strategies.

Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
