Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm in the search for a 2nd to 4th year Associate to join its Real Estate Practice in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial real estate matters for clients across industries in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development projects.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and related documents.

Collaborate with colleagues and clients on transaction structuring and deal execution.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Contribute to strategic planning and provide guidance on real estate matters.
Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate law; large firm experience preferred.

Strong academic background and admitted to the California Bar.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to take on significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
