Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) to join a national law firm across multiple U.S. offices.Available Locations: Century City, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orange County, San FranciscoOverviewDirect Counsel is recruiting a mid-level real estate associate attorney to join a high-performing Real Estate Group. Candidates should have strong experience in acquisitions, dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing. Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage small-to-mid sized matters and key portions of larger transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and land use agreements.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.Support the team in real estate transactional work, including due diligence and project coordination.Qualifications2–4 years of real estate transactional experience (large law firm preferred; boutique experience considered).Membership in the Texas or Florida Bar, or eligibility to be admitted.Strong oral and written communication, research, and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this role is $235,000 – $365,000, depending on experience and location.BenefitsComprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid family leave, paid time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, mental health support, transportation benefits, childcare support, tuition assistance, and optional supplemental insurance programs.
