Real Estate Associate Attorney – Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or TampaDirect Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience to join a top-tier national real estate practice.Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotel, and resort properties. Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements is required.
