Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an associate attorney with approximately 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
• Real estate financing transactions
• Joint ventures and fund-related structures
• Leasing transactions and general commercial real estate matters

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, solid law firm experience, and the ability to manage multiple components of complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
