Key Responsibilities:

Review invention disclosures and participate in inventor interviews

Conduct prior art searches and analyze patentability

Assist in drafting patent applications

Review USPTO office actions and help formulate response strategies

Support examiner interviews and draft responses

Manage U.S. and foreign patent dockets

Conduct due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses
Qualifications:

Technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or chemical engineering

Interest in technologies such as hardware/devices, software, database systems, artificial intelligence, wireless technologies, and image or signal processing

USPTO admission preferred (not required)

Prior law firm experience strongly preferred

Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with approximately 60% in-office attendance.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $140,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
