Key Responsibilities:

Review invention disclosure materials and conduct inventor interviews

Perform prior art searches and analyze patentability

Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications

Respond to USPTO office actions and conduct examiner interviews

Develop prosecution strategies and manage U.S. and foreign dockets

Support due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses

Collaborate closely with attorneys and technical professionals
Qualifications:

USPTO admission required

Minimum 1 year of patent prosecution experience

Technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or chemical engineering

Experience in one or more of the following technologies preferred: hardware/devices, software, database systems, artificial intelligence, wireless technologies, image or signal processing

Prior law firm experience strongly preferred

Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with approximately 60% in-office attendance.
Compensation:
$130,000 – $200,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
