Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a leading law firm’s Banking and Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling securitization, warehouse financing, and other structured finance transactions. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred.
