Mid-Level Healthcare Associate - Washington D.C.

Direct Counsel represents a leading global law firm that is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of healthcare law experience to join a growing Healthcare and FDA practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on a range of regulatory, operational, and transactional healthcare matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and operational matters

• Support healthcare-related transactional matters

• Analyze and interpret applicable healthcare laws and regulations

• Work closely with senior attorneys and take on increasing responsibility and client interaction

• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on complex healthcare matters

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant healthcare law experience

• Experience with healthcare regulatory, operational, and/or transactional matters

• Strong academic credentials and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $250,000 - $310,000 commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
