💰 $185,000 – $200,000 annually
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to lead financial systems reporting, analytics, and data integration initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Analysis, this role is ideal for a technical and people-focused leader with deep experience in legal financial systems and reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for financial systems reporting and data delivery
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using PowerBI, SSRS, SQL, and Elite 3E
- Translate financial metrics and KPIs into data queries and reporting tools
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain financial applications and integrations
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives
- Develop SQL functions, stored procedures, and ETL processes for financial data management
- Identify process improvements and maintain system consistency across financial platforms
- Serve as a key stakeholder and decision-maker for financial systems and reporting solutions
Qualifications
- 3 years of legal industry experience required
- Prior experience supporting legal financial systems and reporting operations required
- 2 years of management or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Elite 3E, PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and SQL development
- Experience with financial systems architecture, reporting, and data integration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage projects and teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
