Key Responsibilities

Draft legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda for complex litigation matters.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across various substantive areas.

Manage both traditional and electronic discovery processes.

Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including hearings and conferences.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategy and case management.
Qualifications
Required:
-
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

2–3 years of litigation experience at a mid to large law firm.

Superior legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Experience with discovery, dispositive motions, and court appearances.
-
Admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
Preferred:

Federal clerkship experience.

Admission to other state bars is a plus.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $195,000–$225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
