Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment and Litigation practice in Dallas. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile employment and commercial litigation matters alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Assist in handling a variety of labor and employment and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law and litigation issues.

Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.

Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Support senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy and case management.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and effective legal solutions for clients.
Qualifications

2–5 years of labor & employment and commercial litigation experience.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Excellent academic credentials.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility to waive in required.
