Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment and Litigation practice in Dallas. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile employment and commercial litigation matters alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling a variety of labor and employment and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law and litigation issues.

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

• Support senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy and case management.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and effective legal solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of labor & employment and commercial litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility to waive in required.
