What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior and Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate position at Direct Counsel?
Direct Counsel has partnered with a nationally recognized patent litigation group seeking junior and mid-level associates for their high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices.
The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience.
- Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must.
- While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required.
- We encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.
- We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
