Direct Counsel is seeking a Global Regulatory Enforcement Associate Attorney (Junior-Level) to join a national law firm in New York.OverviewDirect Counsel is recruiting a junior associate attorney to join the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. Candidates will assist with litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement matters. Federal clerkship or prior government/prosecutorial experience is a plus.
