Direct Counsel is seeking a Global Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level to Senior) to join a premier global law firm with elite teams in finance, private equity, restructuring, and more. This opportunity is open to attorneys with 3 to 7 years of experience who are interested in sitting in any of the firm's U.S. offices.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience executing complex finance transactions and sophisticated credit arrangements, representing a mix of high-profile banks, nonbank lenders, and private debt funds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly ranked and growing Global Finance practice.
Candidate Requirements:

J.D. year between 2018 and 2022.

3–7 years of experience in finance transactions.

Must be admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate will sit.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary range: $260,000 – $435,000 (dependent on experience and office location).
