Role Overview
The attorney in this position will support a Financial Institutions practice that advises banks, investment funds, private equity groups, and other financial market participants. The work includes assisting with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, governance issues, and regulatory considerations that impact financial institutions. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys, gain direct client exposure, and be part of a team that values strategic thinking and proactive communication.
What You Bring

1–3 years of corporate or M&A experience within a law firm.

Prior work involving financial institutions, banking transactions, or regulatory matters (or a genuine interest in developing this expertise).

Strong academic foundation and a J.D. from an accredited law school.
