Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on federal securities laws and regulations, including matters involving broker-dealers, investment advisers, private funds, and trading platforms.

Counsel financial services firms on SEC and FINRA regulatory requirements.

Assist with securities compliance, registrations, regulatory examinations, and enforcement matters.

Provide regulatory analysis for financial transactions, products, and services.

Advise on digital asset securities matters, including tokenization and the application of federal securities laws to digital asset products, platforms, and transactions.

Collaborate with partners on complex securities regulatory and financial innovation matters.
Qualifications

3–5 years of securities regulatory experience.

Experience advising on securities laws, regulations, and compliance matters.

Experience with securities-related digital assets and tokenization.

Familiarity with SEC and FINRA regulations, examinations, enforcement, and registration requirements preferred.

Prior law firm experience strongly preferred.

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active New York or Washington, D.C. Bar admission required, in good standing.

Excellent academic credentials, legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
