What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of litigation experience within a law firm setting, with exposure to creditor-related disputes, commercial finance litigation, or bankruptcy matters.

Experience preparing and arguing motions, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in state, federal, or bankruptcy courts.

Familiarity with issues involving commercial lending, secured transactions, collateral recovery, and the UCC.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage cases, deadlines, and client communications effectively.

A J.D. with solid academic performance.

Illinois bar admission (or active steps toward obtaining it).
