Direct Counsel is partnering with one of the world’s leading technology and life sciences law firms to add a mid-level Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to its nationally recognized corporate practice. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience at a leading corporate firm, including:

• Significant M&A transactional experience

• Exposure to technology and/or life sciences transactions (preferred but not required)

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Superior academic credentials

• Active bar membership in the state of the office applied to (or eligibility to sit/waive in)

Attorneys in this group work on high-impact, industry-shaping deals with cutting-edge companies and fast-growing innovators.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000

• Discretionary performance bonus
