Corporate Finance Associate – Houston, TX
Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join its Houston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance attorney to work on sophisticated lending and acquisition finance transactions with significant deal responsibility and client exposure.
Position Highlights
- 2–4 years of experience
- Onsite | Houston, TX
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers, and administrative agents
- Work on syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements and other financing documents
- Private equity sponsor and portfolio company experience is a plus
- Opportunity for deal management and direct client interaction
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Admission to at least one state bar required; Texas Bar preferred
