A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with strong M&A and infrastructure experience to join its New York office. Key Responsibilities

Represent private and public companies, investors, and strategic buyers/sellers in M&A, joint ventures, project development, and investment transactions.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional agreements, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, project development documents, and financing contracts.

Support clients in infrastructure transactions involving energy transition projects, transportation assets, utilities, renewable energy, telecommunications, and other regulated or capital-intensive industries.

Conduct and manage due diligence processes, risk assessments, and complex deal structuring.

Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, regulatory, environmental, finance, and real estate teams to ensure seamless execution.

Assist in managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

4 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally in M&A and/or infrastructure-focused matters.

Experience with energy, utilities, transportation, or large-scale project development transactions is highly preferred.

Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.

Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to become admitted.
