Position Overview:
The associate will support a high-performing real estate group representing institutional owners and operators in complex commercial leasing matters. The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial lease agreements and related documents
- Support institutional clients, including owners, landlords, and operators, in sophisticated leasing transactions
- Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on broader real estate matters as needed
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2–6 years of relevant experience, with some exposure to commercial leasing preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
