Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts

Conduct and manage written and document discovery

Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings

Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in trial preparation

Appear for status conferences and argue motions in court

Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations

Engage directly with partners and clients
Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
-
Active member in good standing of the Texas Bar

3–4 years of experience in commercial litigation

Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Expected salary range: $260,000–$310,000, depending on experience, education, and internal pay equity
