Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial or civil litigation experience
- California Bar License in good standing
- Strong working knowledge of state court litigation filings, service procedures, and civil procedure
- Trial experience (2 years required)
- Proficiency in legal tech tools such as WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, and Essential Forms preferred
- Familiarity with bankruptcy law is a plus
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client success
