Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda, and other legal documents
- Manage litigation matters from inception through trial
- Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in settlement negotiations
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on pre-litigation and active litigation matters
- Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Handle additional assignments and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in California state courts
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team
- Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving excellent results
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
