The firm is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney (construction defect) with at least 3 years of experience to join its Las Vegas, NV office. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
- Handle legal research, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to business and legal goals.
- Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents.
- Maintain high professional standards while working with autonomy and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed to practice in Nevada
