We’re seeking a Business Development Partner who excels at generating opportunities through referrals, conferences, strategic relationships, and trusted networks. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on connection, credibility, and long-term relationship building rather than traditional outbound sales.

What You’ll Do

Leverage your existing relationships and conference presence to generate qualified referrals

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with professionals, organizations, and influencers

Attend conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings as a brand ambassador

Make warm introductions and facilitate high-trust conversations

Collaborate with internal leadership to align referrals with business needs

Maintain long-term relationships that lead to recurring opportunities
