What We’re Looking For In a Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, etc.)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a warehouse/shop setting
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude with solid communication skills
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of sheet metal, electrical components, and hardware
- Accurately stock and label materials in designated storage areas for easy retrieval
- Issue materials to production based on work orders and prepare kits for timely delivery
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records within ERP or inventory software
- Identify and report damaged goods, stock variances, or supply shortages to leadership
- Follow all safety procedures for material handling and storage
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support production and warehouse needs
- Accuracy of inventory records and cycle counts
- On-time delivery of materials to production
- Efficiency in receiving and stocking materials
- Timeliness in identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Adherence to safety and inventory procedures
