What We're Looking For In a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience with industrial control systems, protocols, and architectures (e.g., Purdue Model).
- Familiarity with OT security frameworks like IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82.
- Strong ability to analyze technical risks and develop practical solutions.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical details into business impacts.
- Ability to work across teams and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership.
- A passion for protecting critical infrastructure and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industrial networks and identify assets, threats, and anomalies.
- Build visibility into ICS environments using passive tools and communication mapping.
- Analyze network architecture and recommend segmentation improvements.
- Translate findings into risk-based recommendations and OT security programs.
- Guide teams on remediation planning and priority actions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align security efforts with business goals.
- Support sales with technical insights and solution design during proposals.
- Quality and clarity of visibility and detection outcomes.
- Success of security program adoption and improvement initiatives.
- Effectiveness of risk communication across stakeholders.
- Contribution to technical accuracy and value in client engagements.
