You'll work closely with our local Market Manager, who provides support from an off-site location, while taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a passenger van to transport drivers throughout the auction lot and between nearby vehicle storage locations.
- Coordinate daily staffing and ensure sufficient drivers are available to meet customer volume and production goals.
- Conduct new driver orientations and ensure proper training and onboarding.
- Manage and verify accurate daily time entries.
- Communicate daily with our auction customer to maintain strong relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to drivers while promoting teamwork, accountability, and safety.
- Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, and concerns to the Market Manager.
- A self-motivated, dependable individual who can manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.

- Comfortable driving a passenger van and working in an active outdoor vehicle auction environment.
- Previous supervisory, logistics, transportation, or automotive experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law.
- Reliable attendance and availability during the stated operating hours.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
