What You'll Do

As the RN Night Supervisor, you will serve as the clinical leader for the overnight shift while supporting direct resident care needs.Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to nurses and nursing assistants during the night shift
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for the healthcare team overnight
• Monitor staffing, workflow, and resident care outcomes
• Assist with coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff
• Respond to and manage emergency clinical situations
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication between shifts

Working Supervisor Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and nursing evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Support direct resident care activities when needed
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Address changes in resident condition and implement appropriate interventions
• Maintain the highest standards of nursing practice and resident safety

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous RN experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or subacute care preferred
• Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively lead overnight operations

Schedule

• Full-Time | Night Shift |11:00 PM - 730 AM (includes every other weekend)
• Weekend and holiday rotation as required
