WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Junior Field Surveyor, you will support survey crews on a wide variety of projects, including:

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Junior Field Surveyor, you will support survey crews on a wide variety of projects, including:
- Boundary surveys
- Topographic surveys
- Construction layout and stakeout
- Existing conditions documentation
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of survey equipment including GPS/GNSS, total stations, tripods, and prisms
- Collecting and recording field measurements and observations
- Maintaining clear field notes and project documentation
- Assisting with construction stakeout activities
- Supporting daily safety practices and field operations
- Learning survey methods, equipment operation, and industry best practices from experienced team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- No prior survey experience required — we provide training and career development for individuals eager to grow in the profession.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrain
- Comfortable lifting and carrying field equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
