What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Assistant position at dipdipdip Tatsu-Ya?
We are currently looking for a floor assistant at Tatsu-Ya full service locations! Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with attention to detail.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
Occasionally check in with guests as needed to support service
Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
Required Skills/Abilities:
High degree of organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent ability to multitask
Ability to remain professional in a stressful work environment
Education and Experience:
Prior experience working in a restaurant environment preferred
Prior experience working in customer service
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to carry at least 40lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
